How to confirm a visit
A visit is confirmed by the receipt: the guest scans it in the app, or the payment arrives from the venue’s POS. Scan the receipt within 72 hours of the time printed on it: an older receipt is not accepted automatically. Without a confirmed payment no cashback is credited, and a review without a receipt does not count towards the venue’s rating.
