Review and guest experience analytics
See guest reviews and dish ratings, answer guest issues and track how ratings change after you change the menu.
Demo data
The task
Learn from guest reviews what works at your venue and what does not: which dishes guests praise, what they complain about — and answer the guest who was unhappy.
How it works
A guest leaves a review after the visit — from a receipt, an order or your venue’s QR menu — and can rate the dishes. Reviews and ratings reach the owner dashboard: you see the review feed and the dish ratings in your menu, and answer the guest.
Trust score dynamics
PlannedSee how trust in your venue changes and why — reviews, replies, resolved complaints.
AI review summaries
PlannedWhat guests praise and what they complain about — a no-fluff digest of all reviews, built on historical data.
Menu analytics
How guests rate each dish. Changed a recipe — mark the change on the dish and see how its ratings moved afterwards.
Negative review recovery
Reply to the guest, offer compensation and close the case right in the dashboard.
Guest segments
Visit frequency and recency, average receipt, mission participation — for broadcasts; favourite dishes are shown on the guest card.
What data it needs
- Guest reviews in OpenRate: a review from a receipt or an order is tied to the visit, a review from the QR menu comes without a receipt.
- Your menu in OpenRate — so that guests rate specific dishes.
- Time for ratings to build up: the dashboard shows a dish rating once it has a minimum number of ratings — an average of a few is unreliable.
What is measured
The average rating and the number of reviews, including negative ones hidden from guests. A negative review (3★ and below) from a receipt, the QR menu or an order is not published at once but comes in as a guest issue, where response deadlines are visible; a review from the QR menu without an order opens at most one guest issue per guest a day. Dish ratings and how they moved after a change you marked in the menu.
Cost and limits
Priced on request: we discuss the terms on a call, for your venue.
Dish ratings are computed from guest reviews in OpenRate — published ones and negative ones (3★ and below) hidden from guests. AI review summaries and the trust score trend are still planned — they are marked on this page.
Getting connected
Leave a request: we will call you and show review analytics in a test dashboard. Once you are connected, your guests’ reviews start arriving in your dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
Is it available now?
Yes: reviews, replies to guests and dish ratings work in the owner dashboard — in the “Reviews and issues” and “Menu” sections. AI review summaries and the trust score trend are still planned.
How are actions confirmed?
A review from a receipt or an order is tied to the guest’s visit, a review from the QR menu comes without a receipt. The owner grants compensation directly. For a case from a review with a receipt, a staff member’s OpenCoin compensation from a threshold the owner sets (any amount while no threshold is set) is approved by another staff member or the owner; a discount promo code is issued at once. For a case from a review without a receipt (QR menu or order), a staff member’s OpenCoin compensation of any amount is approved by another staff member or the owner, and only the owner issues a promo code.
